Worthington’s is our three bedroom house in Burton on Trent.

This is a semi-detached house with on street parking in a small side street.

You will find the house has everything you could need with a hallway leading to a large living room.

This has a 3 seater sofa and 2 other comfortable chairs and there is a large screen smart tv with Netflix and other cable channels you can log into.

Next to the living room is a kitchen which is fully equipped with all cooking utensils crockery and cutlery.

There is a breakfast bar which will seat 4 or 5 people and a fridge freezer and microwave.

The kitchen also contains kettle, toaster and a Tassimo Coffee maker.

From the kitchen you have a view over the large garden where there is plenty of garden furniture should you wish to sit outside.

Further along the hallway is a utility with a digital washer dryer and this is where you will find the iron and ironing board should you require them.

Upstairs is the bathroom with over the bath shower and P bath.

Next a large bedroom containing a double bed which has views across the garden to the local church and clock tower.

There is a TV in this bedroom as well as storage for your clothes.

Next there is another large bedroom with two single beds, a large TV and storage.

Finally a smaller single bedroom contains a single bed.

As with all of our properties we provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits to give you chance to make a drink before you have to venture out for supplies.

We also supply Tassimo coffee pods, water and milk and you will find a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

There are complimentary shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom along with spare toothbrushes and towels.

All of our linens are professionally laundered to a high standard.

This is a quiet side street within easy reach of the river and the town centre and there are many surrounding amenities such as the National Brewery Museum and the Claymills Victoria Pumping Station.

Close on hand is the National Forest Adventure Farm, Stapenhill Gardens and Tutbury Castle.

Branston Gold Club is within easy reach for the golfers.

Burton itself is also an ideal base for those wanting to visit Drayton Manor Park, Conkers, Branston Water Park and the National Memorial Arboretum, as well as Catton Hall.
